So my dog is a confirmed genius- just kidding but she solved this in less than a minute. I thought about getting a more complex puzzle but thought I’d try this one out first in case she wasn’t a genius. The only negative aspect of the product is that if your dog chews up toys she will probably chew up the puzzle pieces. So this is a puzzle I’d recommend using if you are home with your pet. I’ll look for another one to use when I am gone to keep her busy mind occupied
Good investment
A friend, who uses a Nina Ottosson casino board with her service dog, recommended this line of products for adding some intellectual challenge to my rat terrier’s life. I have to restrict his exercise for his own health’s sake, and I hated to imagine him bored. HE LOVES THIS! It is so much fun to see him figure it out. This is definitely the beginner board, but you can make it slightly more challenging by flipping the pieces around. There’s a small hole in each piece so the dog can smell what is (or isn’t) inside, and some helpful tips included.
