Delivery Policy

Delays to be expected due to COVID-19 impacts and courier delays.

Due to COVID-19 impacts on our teams, we are experiencing staff shortages and impacts on product supply. Customers may experience delays of up to 10-15 business days*.

In addition, our courier partners are experiencing higher than normal volumes and some distribution centres have been impacted by COVID-19. Our courier partners are working hard to get all orders to you in a timely manner and while we cannot be held responsible once your order leaves our warehouse, our courier partners can assist if you have any enquiries. Please refer to your tracking number and relevant courier website.

It is our mission to supply the food and essentials items to keep your pet happy and healthy. We appreciate your patience during this time as our small team works to fulfil your orders.

The RSPCA World for Pets team is small but hard working, and generally despatch your order within 2-4 working days of receiving your order details. Once orders are despatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Shipping times  may vary depending on your location and if transit times are impacted by external factors. Generally shipping time is between 1-6 working days*.

We work with a number of experienced courier companies to get your order to you as efficiently as we can.

During peak periods, such as Easter and Christmas, or when there is a high volume of deliveries due to COVID-19, orders may take between 8-14 working days to arrive at your door. 

Shipping and handling charges are based on weight/volume/dimensions and location, and are calculated by the database immediately - just view your cart.

Once your order is despatched with the courier company, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel. However, if your order is not delivered or you wish to enquire on the status of your order, please contact our customer service team on the below details.

During the checkout process, you have the option to ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ or ‘Do not leave parcel’.  When the ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ option is selected, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held liable for stolen or missing parcels. As a customer you are accepting full responsibility of the safe delivery of this parcel when selecting ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ on an order.

*Delays may occur if products need to be sourced from an offsite location. Customers in South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia, may experience longer shipping times and generally receive orders within 5-20 working days.
