Loyalty Program New Members - On Hold

 

Due to unforseen circumstances, we have unfortunately had to put a temporary hold on new customer sign ups.

Existing customers can still log in as usual, but we are just unable to process any new customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please keep an eye out for some exciting changes to our customer loyalty program coming soon.


How much postage will I pay?

We have been able to negotiate a super keen price Australia wide, orders under 20kg will be $9-00 postage*.

World For Pets offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania. At this time we do not deliver internationally.

Please note we do ship items to PO Box addresses, as we use Australia Post and also use specialised couriers for our distribution.

Our shipping system is highly reliable and we assure you we take every step we can to get your orders sent out quickly and at the lowest possible cost.

*Some products may incur a higher shipping rate due to weight, dimensions or location. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight/volume/dimensions and location, and are calculated by the database immediately - just view your cart.

 


Promotions and Use of Discount Codes

As a non-for-profit, where every dollar raised goes toward helping animals in need, it is important that our customers abide by these terms of use in order to contribute to the raising of funds and not the loss of funds for the organization and its cause.

RSPCA World for Pets works hard to offer the best products and offers to our customers. This includes promotions such as discounted products or vouchers through our website, e-mail, advertisements, and Loyalty Program. As a customer of the website, or a registered member of our Loyalty Program or newsletter, you may be eligible to receive these promotions that include special voucher codes, discounted prices and other promotions.

The terms of use for promotions are outlined below.

  • You may only use one promotion code per order.
  • These promotions are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases can only be redeemed once per person.
  • All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired.
  • These promotions are not redeemable for cash.

In order to allow fair redemption and distribution of promotions to all our customers, RSPCA World for Pets may restrict redemption to one per client, and one per client in a specified timeframe.

The excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation or membership cancellation. Where this occurs, you will be informed and the appropriate action taken.


Fraud Awareness

The RSPCA World for Pets team are committed to promoting and maintaining an organisation free from fraud. If we suspect an order to be fraudulant, our customer service team will hold the order until we can confirm legitimacy. If we are unable to confirm legitmacy, the order will can cancelled.

Can I claim donations on this site as a tax deduction?

What does donate mean, when i'm adding a product to my cart ?

How do I return goods?

Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note asking for the item to be exchanged for, if there is a large price difference we will need to call you to obtain credit card details, as our web site is a secured site and we are unable to view credit card details.


Is this site a secured web site?

Shop with absolute peace of mind. All your credit card details go to the bank. We do not see them or store them on our site or on our computers. We receive the payment without ever seeing your credit card details. We only see whether the transaction is approved or not.
